Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Central Time) will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 4–7 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.


FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.00 (subtotal) within the contiguous 48 states.

At this time:

  • Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping
  • A flat rate of $19.99 applies to these locations

STANDARD SHIPPING RATES

  • Orders under $75.00 (subtotal): $6.99 flat rate shipping
  • Orders to Alaska & Hawaii: $11.99 flat rate shipping

We work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery and will always select the most efficient shipping option available.


ORDER ISSUES & DELAYS

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (such as carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volumes).

If your order is significantly delayed, our team will proactively reach out to keep you informed.


OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

In rare cases, an item in your order may become unavailable after purchase. If this happens, we will:

  • Notify you promptly
  • Issue a full refund for the affected item

SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

At this time, Actimeta ships within the United States only.

We do not currently ship to:

  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
  • International destinations
